A place to keep friends and family updated on the latest milestone. The Guelce family consists of Yvel, Yves and Sayuri. We're a multi-cultural family. Yvel is from Cabaret, Haiti, but was raised in the U.S. (Long Island, NY to be precise). Sayuri was born and raised in Gunma, Japan and attended college in the U.S. We are a family with many of God’s blessings. Well, let’s start with how we came together. We met through a mutual friend in Indianapolis in 2003 and dated for 2 years before getting married in 2006. Secondly, we have a handsome little boy named Yves. He's the first grandchild from both of our families and he's glad to be! Indianapolis was the city where we met and we continue to live here until God tells us where to go next. However, we love to take short road trips to nearby cities (e.g. Columbus, Nashville, St. Louis, Chicago, etc...). Sayuri does all the planning for the trip and Yvel does all the driving.
