Professional Experience

Indiana Donor Network

Yvel currently serves in a technology leadership role at Indiana Donor Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving and enhancing lives through organ and tissue donation.

Indiana Donor Network works closely with hospitals, transplant centers, and communities across the state to coordinate organ and tissue donation while supporting donor families and raising awareness about the importance of donation.

In this role, Yvel focuses on strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization’s technology environment and operational capabilities in support of its lifesaving mission. His work includes developing long term strategic roadmaps, improving operational systems, strengthening cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, and enabling better collaboration across teams and partners.

These efforts help ensure the organization has the reliable, secure, and scalable systems needed to support the complex coordination involved in organ and tissue donation.

Current Role:

Yvel Guelcé currently serves in a technology leadership role at Indiana Donor Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving and enhancing lives through organ and tissue donation.

In this role, Yvel provides strategic leadership for the organization’s information systems and technology operations. He leads a multidisciplinary technology team responsible for infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, audio visual environments, and application services that support the organization’s critical mission.

Yvel works closely with executive leadership and operational teams to ensure that technology strategy aligns with organizational goals. His focus includes strengthening cybersecurity and compliance, improving operational systems that support clinical and logistics coordination, and developing long term technology roadmaps that support growth, reliability, and mission impact.

By building strong partnerships across departments and with external partners, Yvel helps ensure that the organization’s technology environment remains resilient, secure, and capable of supporting the complex coordination required for organ and tissue donation.

His leadership combines strategic planning, operational excellence, and a people centered approach that empowers teams while ensuring technology effectively supports the lifesaving work of Indiana Donor Network.

Community and Leisure:

Outside of his professional work, Yvel enjoys spending time with his family and investing in his community. He actively shares his time, knowledge, and energy with his church and supports organizations that work to uplift and strengthen Haitian communities.

Yvel is naturally curious and enjoys exploring how emerging technologies shape the world around us. He closely follows developments in areas such as artificial intelligence, digital innovation, leadership strategy, and the evolving role of technology in society.

When time allows, he enjoys cycling, photography, and reading. He regularly explores ideas and trends through a variety of media and thought leadership platforms, staying informed about technology, business strategy, and global developments.
